I have always wanted to draw a violinist, for I really love the sound of a violin. So during the whole process of drawing this one my mind was filled with inspiration (while listening to classical music...:))

I'm glad my friend Raelynn, who's a fantastic and funny girl, also a great artist, would agree to pose for me, so I'd also like to dedicate this drawing to her.

I haven't been really satisfied with my drawings for a long time, this drawing really is a breakthrough for me. I hope you enjoy this piece as much as I do, and thank you for spending your time to take a look at it.

Thanks, before I started this one, I pictured I'd draw something hight contrast...I'm glad it came out just the way I liked it.

Since it's a picture you can't hear what she's playing but I like how you used black and white to kind of show that the music is sad and sorrowful. I also like how you made her head half hidden in the shadows it also adds to that affect. I love this, very well done. Your friend is very beautiful. :)

She wasn't playing anything though, lol, we are both artists who can't play any classical instruments, (at least I can't)
